تنطبق هذه السياسة على كل الخدمات التي تُشترى من موقع «خلصانة CV». نريدك أن تطلب وأنت مطمئن، لذلك نوضح هنا متى يحق لك استرداد المبلغ وكيف.This policy applies to every service bought on the Khalsana CV website. We want you to order with confidence, so here is exactly when and how you can get your money back.

1. استرداد كامل قبل بدء العمل1. Full refund before work starts

يمكنك إلغاء طلبك واسترداد المبلغ كاملًا في أي وقت قبل أن نبدأ العمل عليه. نخبرك على واتساب أو الإيميل عندما نبدأ.You can cancel and get a full refund at any time before we start working on your order. We tell you on WhatsApp or email when work begins.

2. تعديلان مجانيان2. Two free revisions

كل الباقات تشمل تعديلين مجانيين خلال 7 أيام من التسليم، في حدود محتوى الطلب الأصلي (مثل تعديل الصياغة أو الترتيب أو إضافة معلومة نسيتها). تغيير الوظيفة المستهدفة أو طلب سيرة جديدة كليًا يُعد طلبًا جديدًا.Every package includes two free revisions within 7 days of delivery, within the scope of the original order (for example rewording, reordering, or adding a detail you forgot). Changing the target job or asking for an entirely new CV counts as a new order.

3. التأخير في التسليم3. Late delivery

• مدة التسليم العادية 3 أيام عمل (من الأحد إلى الخميس) من تأكيد الدفع واستلام كل بياناتك. إذا تأخرنا عن هذه المدة بدون عذر منك، نرد لك المبلغ كاملًا، وتحتفظ بالملفات إن سلّمناها لاحقًا.Standard delivery is 3 working days (Sunday to Thursday) from payment confirmation and receipt of all your details. If we are late without a reason on your side, you get a full refund, and you keep the files if we deliver them afterwards.
• التسليم السريع خلال 24 ساعة: إذا تأخرنا عنه، نرد لك رسوم التسليم السريع (100 جنيه). وإذا تجاوزنا 3 أيام عمل، نرد المبلغ كاملًا.Express delivery in 24 hours: if we miss it, we refund the express fee (EGP 100). If we go beyond 3 working days, we refund the full amount.
• تتوقف المدة إذا كنا ننتظر منك معلومة أو ملفًا ضروريًا، وتُستأنف عند وصوله.The clock pauses while we wait for information or a file we need from you, and resumes when it arrives.

4. متى لا يحق الاسترداد4. When a refund does not apply

• بعد تسليم النسخة النهائية واعتمادك لها.After the final version is delivered and you approve it.
• بعد مرور 7 أيام على التسليم دون طلب تعديل.When 7 days pass after delivery with no revision request.
• لعدم الحصول على وظيفة أو مقابلة، لأن قرار التوظيف بيد صاحب العمل (انظر الشروط والأحكام).Because you did not get a job or an interview, since hiring decisions belong to the employer (see the Terms and conditions).

5. كيف تطلب الاسترداد5. How to request a refund

راسلنا على الإيميل أو واتساب واذكر رقم طلبك (يبدأ بـ KH-). نرد خلال يومي عمل.Email us at or WhatsApp with your order number (it starts with KH-). We reply within 2 working days.

6. طريقة رد المبلغ ومدته6. How and when you are refunded

• الدفع بالبطاقة أو المحفظة أو Apple Pay: نرد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع نفسها عبر بوابة Paymob. يظهر عادة خلال 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل حسب البنك أو المحفظة.Card, mobile wallet or Apple Pay: we refund to the same payment method through the Paymob gateway. It usually appears within 7 to 14 working days, depending on your bank or wallet.
• الدفع النقدي في منافذ أمان أو مصاري أو سداد أو ممكن: لا يمكن رده عبر البوابة، لذلك نحوّله لك بإنستاباي أو إلى محفظتك خلال 7 أيام عمل.Cash at Aman, Masary, Sadad or Momken outlets: this cannot be reversed through the gateway, so we send it to you by InstaPay or to your mobile wallet within 7 working days.
• التحويل بإنستاباي: نرده بإنستاباي خلال 7 أيام عمل.InstaPay transfer: refunded by InstaPay within 7 working days.
• نرد المبلغ الذي دفعته كاملًا، دون خصم أي رسوم.We refund the full amount you paid, with no fees deducted.

لا تُخل هذه السياسة بأي حقوق يمنحها لك قانون حماية المستهلك المصري.This policy does not limit any rights you have under Egyptian consumer protection law.
