بإتمام طلبك على موقع «خلصانة CV» فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط، وعلى سياسة الاسترجاع وسياسة الخصوصية.By placing an order on the Khalsana CV website you agree to these terms, the Refund policy and the Privacy policy.

1. الخدمة1. The service

نعيد كتابة السيرة الذاتية وتنسيقها لتناسب أنظمة التوظيف وأصحاب العمل، بالعربية أو الإنجليزية أو كلتيهما، مع خدمات إضافية حسب الباقة (خطاب تقديم، ملخص لينكدإن، أسئلة مقابلة). تفاصيل كل باقة معروضة في صفحة الباقات.We rewrite and format CVs for hiring systems and employers, in Arabic, English or both, with extras depending on the package (cover letter, LinkedIn summary, interview questions). Each package's contents are listed on the packages section.

ويمكن إضافة نسخة من السيرة بلغة أخرى (الفرنسية أو الألمانية أو الروسية أو الصينية أو الكورية) مقابل سعر ثابت لكل لغة يظهر في صفحة الدفع. هذه الإضافة مخصّصة لمن يُتقن اللغة المطلوبة؛ نترجم محتوى سيرتك الحقيقي ونكيّفه لشكل السيرة المعتاد في تلك اللغة، وعلى العميل مراجعة النسخة قبل اعتمادها، وتسري عليها التعديلات المجانية وسياسة الاسترجاع نفسها.You may add a version of your CV in another language (French, German, Russian, Chinese or Korean) for a fixed price per language shown at checkout. This add-on is meant for customers fluent in that language: we translate your real CV content and adapt it to that language's usual CV format, the customer reviews the version before it is final, and the same free revisions and refund policy apply.

2. الأسعار والدفع2. Prices and payment

• كل الأسعار بالجنيه المصري، وشاملة، بدون رسوم إضافية أو مخفية.All prices are in Egyptian pounds and all-inclusive, with no extra or hidden fees.
• سعر الإطلاق متاح لأول 30 عميلًا أو حتى 30 نوفمبر 2026، أيهما أقرب، ثم تُطبق الأسعار العادية. السعر الذي يظهر في صفحة الدفع وقت طلبك هو السعر النهائي.The launch price applies to the first 30 customers or until 30 November 2026, whichever comes first; regular prices apply after that. The price shown on the checkout page when you order is final.
• يتم الدفع إلكترونيًا عبر بوابة Paymob (بطاقات، محافظ، Apple Pay، ونقدًا في منافذ أمان ومصاري وسداد وممكن)، أو بتحويل إنستاباي.Payment is online through the Paymob gateway (cards, mobile wallets, Apple Pay, and cash at Aman, Masary, Sadad and Momken outlets) or by InstaPay transfer.
• يُعد الطلب مؤكدًا بعد تأكيد الدفع.An order is confirmed once payment is confirmed.

3. التسليم3. Delivery

• التسليم خلال 3 أيام عمل (من الأحد إلى الخميس) من تأكيد الدفع واستلام سيرتك وبياناتك كاملة.Delivery within 3 working days (Sunday to Thursday) from payment confirmation and receipt of your complete CV and details.
• التسليم السريع خلال 24 ساعة متاح مقابل 100 جنيه إضافية.Express delivery within 24 hours is available for an extra EGP 100.
• نسلّم ملفي PDF وWord على الإيميل أو واتساب.We deliver PDF and Word files by email or WhatsApp.

4. التزاماتك4. Your responsibilities

• أن تكون المعلومات التي ترسلها صحيحة وتخصك. نعيد صياغة خبرتك الحقيقية فقط، ولا نضيف خبرات أو شهادات غير حقيقية.The information you send must be true and your own. We only rephrase your real experience and never add experience or qualifications you don't have.
• أن تراجع الملفات قبل استخدامها، وتبلغنا بأي خطأ خلال فترة التعديلات (7 أيام).Review the files before using them and tell us about any mistake within the revision period (7 days).

5. لا نضمن التوظيف5. No job guarantee

نضمن جودة السيرة الذاتية والتزامنا بمحتوى الباقة ومواعيد التسليم. أما الحصول على مقابلة أو وظيفة فقرار يرجع لأصحاب العمل، ولا يمكن لأحد أن يضمنه.We guarantee the quality of the CV, the package contents and the delivery times. Getting an interview or a job is the employer's decision, and no one can guarantee it.

6. ملكية الملفات6. Ownership of the files

الملفات التي نسلّمها لك ملكك، ولك استخدامها وتعديلها بحرية لأغراضك الشخصية.The files we deliver are yours to use and edit freely for your own purposes.

7. حدود المسؤولية7. Limitation of liability

في كل الأحوال، لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا تجاهك المبلغ الذي دفعته مقابل الطلب.In all cases, our liability to you does not exceed the amount you paid for the order.

8. القانون المطبق8. Governing law

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
